We want every SMYT customer to be satisfied.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if:
• Wrong size delivered
•Wrong item delivered
•Damaged item received if sent out Damaged.
Conditions:
•Must be returned within 3 days
•Item must be unworn and unwashed
•Tags must remain attached
•No perfume / stains
• Item is in original condition
Refund Options:
•Exchange for correct size
•Store credit
•Refund (if item unavailable)
If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Customers may also request size exchange if available.
Note:
We do NOT accept refunds for:
•Wrong size selected by customer
•Change of mind

For orders within Nigeria, prices already include applicable local taxes.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on their country.
